The Sanitation Porter will be responsible for keeping working areas in the production department in a clean and orderly condition. This operation is to be performed to keep safety as a primary objective and following established GMP, Safety, Regulatory and Stratas Foods procedures and policies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the plant's food safety culture and complying with all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements applicable to the position.
- Clean and sanitize production floors in accordance with facility cleaning schedules.
- Remove trash and food waste from designated areas; ensure waste is disposed of properly.
- Sweep, mop, scrub floors; operate floor-cleaning equipment as required.
