Sanitation Operator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Store Cleaner. This role involves maintaining a clean and sparkling environment for our customers, ensuring our stores are always welcoming and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Sweep all required areas inside and outside of the store
• Mop all required areas inside the store
• Spray and wash shop windows
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Ensure customer areas are clean and sanitized
• Stock supplies in the stockroom

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary
• Aged 18 or older
• A steadfast commitment to fostering an equitable, unbiased culture
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Exposure to fluctuating temperatures and noise levels in the shop
• Exposure to known allergens including but not limited to nuts
• Exposure to noise from a production and/or processing area
