Primary Responsibilities
- Report to work as scheduled every day, and demonstrate GREAT attendance
- Observe standards for breaks, and lunches based on posted time-clock policy

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Operations, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of sanitation experience in manufacturing; 3+ years in a food facility strongly preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of GMPs, SSOPs, sanitation programs, chemical handling, and food safety regulations
- Demonstrated success leading teams in a fast‑paced production environment
- Strong problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis, and decision‑making skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
