Sanitation Manager (3rd Shift)

Primary Responsibilities

• Report to work as scheduled every day, and demonstrate GREAT attendance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Operations, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of sanitation experience in manufacturing; 3+ years in a food facility strongly preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, SSOPs, sanitation programs, chemical handling, and food safety regulations
• Demonstrated success leading teams in a fast‑paced production environment
• Strong problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis, and decision‑making skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
