Schedule

Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week, Fri-Tue 5pm - 1:30am OR Sun-Thurs 5pm - 1:30am

  • Clean, sanitize, and prepare grow rooms between cultivation cycles to maintain biosecurity and operational readiness.
  • Sanitize cultivation equipment, tools, irrigation components, and work areas according to company SOPs.
  • Dispose of plant waste and maintain a clean, organized cultivation facility.
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance procedures.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift, including standing, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (Washington State I-502 requirement).
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • No previous cannabis experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
