Sanitation Associate

About the role

Sanitation Associate ensures high quality sanitation standards by disassembling and assembling equipment for cleaning, setting up line equipment prior to production, safely operating cleaning machines such as rack washer, power washer, steamer, washer extractors and dryers, and following Food Safety, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) & Food Quality Plans.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently disassemble and assemble equipment for proper cleaning
• Set up line equipment prior to production run
• Safely operate equipment and machines used in the cleaning process, including rack washer, power washer, steamer, washer extractors and dryers
• Follow Food Safety, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) & Food Quality Plans

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Comfortable in a warm working environment
• Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays
