Sanitation Associate

Role Overview: This position involves unloading products from trucks, breaking down pallets, and organizing items for storage or shipment. It provides support to various warehouse tasks, including sanitation, inventory control, and product selection. Responsibilities may also include fueling, washing, and cleaning semi-trucks/trailers. Key Duties Unload trucks, break down pallets, and organize products onto warehouse racks or pick slots.Handle cases, boxes, and pallets of groceries, produce, meats, and other products, following order specifications.Assist with warehouse sanitation, including cleaning and trash disposal.Operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks and high lifts, ensuring safety and maintenance.Check products for damage, verify orders, and label pallets accurately.Lift and move heavy products safely, maintaining a safe work environment.Participate in product rotation, move items to dock areas, and perform other assigned tasks. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred; warehouse experience is a plus.Ability to operate industrial equipment safely and perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting.Good communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work in temperature-varied areas and adapt to changing work requirements.Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Physical & Work Environment: Must frequently lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, crouch, and reach. Work involves exposure to moderate to high noise levels and temperature variations in warehouse conditions. The role requires working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
