Sanitation Associate

About the role

This position involves unloading products from trucks, breaking down pallets, and organizing items within the warehouse. It provides support across various warehouse functions including sanitation, inventory control, and product selection. Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, checking for damage, verifying order accuracy, and preparing products for shipment. The role requires lifting heavy loads (up to 75 lbs.), working in multi-temperature environments, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and organize products on pallets and racks.
• Assist with sanitation, fueling, washing trucks, and cleaning warehouse areas.
• Check products for damage and verify received quantities.
• Select, palletize, and label products for customer orders.
• Operate industrial equipment like pallet jacks and high-lift trucks.
• Maintain safety protocols and report equipment or product issues.
• Support product rotation and perform additional assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse experience and equipment operation skills preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, lift heavy loads, and work in diverse environments.
• Strong communication, safety awareness, and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
