Sanitation Associate

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality products are consistently produced and delivered to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to meet demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).

Pay

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
