SANDING TECHNICIAN-SWING

About the Role

The Sanding Technician preps all types of stocks for the painting room, ensuring they meet quality expectations and move efficiently to the next stage. This role requires strong time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Run a sand blaster
• Run an orbital sander
• Learn the different stock configurations
• Learn the different preps for all stocks
• Hit daily production quotas

Qualifications

• Able to sit and perform repeatable tasks with high quality
• Detail-oriented
• Works well with their hands
• Dependable and punctual for shifts
• Clean work habits
• Good time management and ability to multi-task
• Strong work ethic: disciplined, motivated, driven, hardworking, and dedicated
• Able to work overtime as needed
