Sandbox Agentic Engineer (Remote, CAN)

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI agent development from prototype to production
• Lead the development of AI agents using state-of-the-art frameworks
• Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering
• Design scalable solutions balancing cost and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in AI development
• Proficient in Python programming
• Experience with LLM deployment frameworks (vLLM, SGLang)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering
• Familiarity with fine-tuning techniques
• Basic knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks
• Able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
