Sandblaster / Parts Cutter
Job Purpose
We are looking for hardworking individuals to apply that can primarily sandblast trailers as well as cut parts for the welding department. The ideal candidate for this position will be willing to cross train in every aspect of the welding department and be a team player.
Job Details
- This is a first shift position
- The hours are from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- All positions are safety sensitive
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Sandblasting and utilizing proper PPE
- Cut parts for welding department utilizing the Iron Worker
- Perform simple maintenance and repair as required
- Perform other duties, assignments, and responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Sandblasting Experience
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environment
- Be able to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary, to move equipment around in the department
