Operational Tasks
- Determine usage of different machines according to customer requirements
- Run test specimens and provide to customer as required
- Perform daily tests to determine size and shape of media
- Coordinate company projects and programs designed to support different initiatives
- Communicate with customer service on recovery dates and expected completion dates for processing
Technical Skills
- Operate machine to enhance surface of parts
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines
- Submit maintenance requests for further maintenance work
Problem Solving
- Anticipate and overcome production related problems
- Oversee material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and unavoidable delays
- Plan to reduce their impact on the operation
