About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sandblaster or Blasting Operator to join our team. While journeyman painter/sandblaster certification is not required, applicants should have training with heavy equipment, grinding tools, and power tools used in the blasting process. In addition to operating the blast booth and unloading the cabinet, you may assist with painting or coating tasks after removing unwanted substances from surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfaces
• Set up and operate a blast booth or similar equipment
• Load and unload the blast cabinet
• Assist with painting or coating as needed
• Apply and remove non-skid materials as needed

Requirements

• Work authorization (Required)
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Battle Ground, WA 98604 before starting work (Required)
