About the role

Responsible for sand and metal blasting operations to prepare surfaces for painting. This includes operating equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining work areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate sand and metal blasting equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing contaminants and rust
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in industrial painting or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods
