Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on national sanctions programs to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Develop and enhance global sanctions standards, including embargoes, SPL screening, geoblocking, and related measures.
- Monitor legal developments and assess their impact on business activities.
- Support re-export control law processes, focusing on U.S. regulations.
- Conduct export audits and risk data analysis.
- Act as a liaison for business units, authorities, and central departments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of global sanctions compliance experience with expertise in U.S. sanctions laws (OFAC).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong influence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate activities and work independently.
- Knowledge of EU & UN sanctions laws (preferred).
- Experience in export compliance within the automotive industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
