San Mateo Technician (CCHT, LVN, PCT) HIRING EVENT August 26th

Hiring event for Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians (CCHT), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), and Patient Care Technicians (PCT).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following Satellite policies and procedures per state Scope of Practice.
• Safely and efficiently perform duties as the first team member to meet and greet patients on the treatment floor.
• Make patients feel comfortable from arrival through the course of their treatment.
• Advocate for patients while they are at the unit.
• Effectively communicate with other team members any information pertinent to delivering quality care.
• Approach work with a sense of greater purpose, high energy, and goal-orientation.
• Seek opportunities to improve the environment for patients and staff.
• Build relationships with patients and team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of active hemodialysis patient care experience as a certified hemodialysis technician.
• BONENT (CHT)/NNCC (CCHT)/NNCO (CCNT) certification (per state regulations).
• California Department of Public Health CHT certification (required only for CA locations).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

USD $25.00 – USD $30.00 per hour.
