About the role

We are seeking experienced accounting and finance professionals to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a background in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of experience, including at least one busy season as a senior auditor. CPA certification is preferred but not required. Candidates should have experience in both external auditing and corporate accounting or finance at a large public corporation.

Responsibilities

  • Tackle unique, challenging, and one-of-a-kind projects for Fortune 1000 and other large companies
  • Participate in IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, and carve-outs
  • Contribute to the growth of the local office and the Firm overall
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, Firm leadership, and peers
  • Provide value-added service to clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
  • Experience as an external auditor from a large CPA firm
  • Experience in corporate accounting or finance at a large public corporation
  • CPA certification (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
  • Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and FASB rules and standards
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, etc.)
