San Diego - Special Counsel (Hybrid)

About the role

Littler is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 10 years of labor and employment litigation experience to join the San Diego office.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all aspects of labor and employment litigation
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
• Prepare and present arguments in court and before administrative agencies
• Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes amicably
• Provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of labor and employment litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law in California

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in law
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $240,000 to $265,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
