Volunteer Vacations

Volunteer Vacations is an exciting voluntourism program brought to you by the San Diego County Parks Society in partnership with the San Diego County Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR). This unique experience combines adventure and purpose, offering participants the chance to immerse themselves in multi-day projects that preserve and enhance our county parks.

Historical Interpreters and Archivists

As Interpreters and Archivists for County Parks, volunteers share park information, participate in and help manage park research, archive historic documents and artifacts, develop educational programs, and facilitate outreach projects.
