Samsung Field Sales Manager

About the role

Samsung is seeking a Retail Field Sales Manager to join the Field Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a brand advocate for Samsung and its product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand awareness through merchandising excellence
• Conduct product training to build product knowledge
• Improve shoppers' purchase journey to drive sell-out results
• Support multiple retail channels to execute business needs

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage
• Ability to travel throughout your assigned market, including occasional overnight stays (company-paid hotel accommodations provided when applicable)
• Willingness to travel within the continental U.S. up to two (2) times per year for training or special events
• A valid REAL ID (or other TSA-approved identification) for domestic air travel

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of directly related experience
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience

• Prioritization of multiple tasks with a strong understanding of retail dynamics, consumer behaviors, and handling time-sensitive and confidential business information
• Adjusting and pivoting in a dynamic environment and demonstrating mental and business agility
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively train and influence retail employees, maintain strong relationships with key partners, and engage customers
• Projecting a professional image and demeanor in all interactions, aligning with Samsung’s values and representing the brand image
