Samsung Experience Consultant Lead

Become a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA) through 2020 Companies, an outsourced sales and marketing agency representing leading brands in Consumer Electronics, Telecom, and Energy. This role involves driving consumer sales of Samsung Electronic devices, including phones, tablets, and wearables, within a Best Buy retail store.

About the role

As a Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC), you will drive sales of Samsung products in a Best Buy location. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for customer service, sales, and building relationships. You will work closely with Best Buy associates and leadership to meet sales goals and promote Samsung’s latest technology.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy
• Provide customers with the latest product information to help them make informed purchase decisions
• Build relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership through daily collaboration and training
• Use conversational consulting techniques to uncover customer needs and recommend suitable Samsung products
• Act as a brand evangelist to build confidence in Samsung products among Best Buy employees and customers
• Develop strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive key initiatives and shared goals
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis
• Deliver excellent customer service to both customers and Best Buy employees
• Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness
• Complete display resets during new product launches or as requested
• Submit daily reports on sales performance and retail insights

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high-demand retail holidays
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality

Pay

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Quarterly bonus opportunities

Schedule

• Average of 32+ hours per week
• Scheduled during high-traffic times, including weekends, weekdays, and some holidays
