About the role

As a Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC), you will drive sales within a Best Buy retail store. The ideal candidate excels in sales and consumer electronics, is well-organized, self-motivated, and passionate about customer service and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy.
• Provide consumers with the latest and most relevant product information to guide purchase decisions.
• Build relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership through daily trainings, collaboration, and goal sharing.
• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend suitable Samsung products.
• Act as a brand evangelist to build confidence in Samsung products among Best Buy employees and customers.
• Develop strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to align on key initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interactions with customers and Best Buy employees.
• Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets during new product launches or upon request.
• Submit daily reports on sales performance and retail insights.

Performance Expectations

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Accurate daily reporting.
• Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals.
• Ensure customer and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high-demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
