Key Responsibilities
- Fragrance Compounding: Accurately measure, weigh, and mix raw materials and essential oils according to formulas and batch sheets.
- Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate and clean mixing tanks, scales, pumps, and other production equipment while following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Safety & Compliance: Ability to follow all company safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring raw material stock levels and notify supervisors of any shortages or issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with quality control and production teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in the fragrance compounding process.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in sample lab compounding within fragrance of flavor manufacturing.
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy when measuring, weighing, and blending raw materials.
- Ability to follow written formulas and instructions precisely.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to lift 25lbs.
