Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of laboratory samples across clinical trials
• Partner with central laboratories to ensure compliant, timely sample collection, shipping, and tracking
• Serve as the key liaison between study teams, labs, and investigational sites
• Develop and maintain sample management plans and tracking tools
• Monitor sample collection metrics and implement corrective actions
• Provide training and guidance on sample handling and shipping procedures
• Support vendor performance management and lab logistics
• Ensure full compliance with ICH/GCP, FDA regulations, and applicable SOPs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, life sciences, or related field
• 3+ years of clinical operations or clinical research experience
• At least 1 year focused on lab sample management, central lab coordination, or biospecimen logistics
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical lab workflows and sample handling
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CTMS, EDC, and electronic TMF systems
• Strong familiarity with central lab vendor management and ICH/GCP guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in rare disease or endocrine therapeutic areas
• Experience with electronic lab sample tracking platforms
• Experience supporting global clinical trials with multi-regional logistics
