Salon Manager

About the role

The Elk River salon is seeking a Salon Manager to lead and support a motivated and talented team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff coordination.
• Ensure compliance with salon policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Manage employee performance and development, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase salon revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of salon management experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team and develop employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with salon software and systems.
