Responsibilities

• Lead the salon team and manage day-to-day operations
• Hire, train, and motivate a team of stylists
• Deliver haircuts and provide services to customers as needed
• Oversee scheduling, customer satisfaction, and salon performance
• Use salon technology (e.g., scheduling systems, metrics, and reports) to manage operations
• Foster a strong team culture and ensure a great customer experience

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to motivate and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (e.g., scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
