Responsibilities

• Lead the team and manage salon operations
• Deliver haircuts and provide services to customers
• Motivate, develop, and support a team of stylists
• Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling and metrics
• Focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adapt to and solve problems in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist or barber
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (e.g., scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills

Pay

Average pay between $27–$32/hr, including a guaranteed base wage plus bonuses based on salon performance.
