Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of stylists to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, metrics, and reports
• Provide haircuts and salon services as needed, balancing floor time with administrative duties
• Coach and develop stylists to grow their technical skills and confidence
• Ensure salon performance aligns with team and customer expectations
• Use salon technology and tools to streamline operations and focus on customer service
• Adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment while solving problems effectively

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to motivate and support a team
• Strong organizational skills to manage salon operations effectively
• Comfort with technology, including scheduling systems and salon tools
• A goal-oriented mindset focused on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
