Responsibilities

• Run a walk-in or online check-in team on real systems, not guesswork
• Deliver haircuts alongside management duties as salon needs require
• Motivate, develop, and support a team of stylists
• Manage day-to-day salon operations and maintain strong organizational systems
• Use salon technology (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports) to drive performance

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Comfort with technology and salon tools
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Pay

• Base pay: $17.50/hr
• Average tips: $7–$8 per cut at 2–3 cuts/hr
• Total average pay: $31.50–$41.50/hr

Schedule

• Weekday shifts: 9:00 A.M.–2:30 P.M. or 2:30 P.M.–7:00 P.M.
• Additional shifts: 10:30 A.M.–5:30 P.M. Monday, Thursday, Friday; 1:00 P.M.–6:00 P.M. Tuesday, Wednesday
• Weekend shifts: 9:00 A.M.–6:00 P.M.
• Additional weekend shift: 10:00 A.M.–5:00 P.M.
