Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of stylists
• Communicate effectively with staff and clients
• Demonstrate top-notch technical skills
• Maintain organization and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Drive the salon toward achieving its goals

Requirements

• Cosmetology license and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Proven technical expertise in hair cutting and styling
• Goal-driven and organized mindset

Pay

$25–$40 per hour, plus daily tips.
