Responsibilities

• Engage with both staff and clients, building relationships that foster a sense of community.
• Lead weekly all shop meetings and prepare scorecards for staff on a weekly basis.
• Hold staff accountable to hit goals and advance their teams career plans.
• Lead innovative projects, train and mentor service advisors, technicians, and other staff, and drive a culture of excellence.
• Your leadership will be at the forefront of our mission to provide top-notch automotive repair services.

Requirements

• A strong foundation in automotive technical expertise is essential.
• Proven leadership skills to inspire and guide your team while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Management experience is preferred, as it prepares you to effectively oversee shop operations and workflow.
