Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of stylists
• Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Deliver haircuts and provide services to customers as needed
• Coach and develop stylists to grow their skills and confidence
• Use salon technology (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports) to track performance
• Focus on team performance and customer experience
• Solve problems in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and ability to help others improve
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and desire to motivate and support a team
• Strong organizational skills to manage salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (e.g., scheduling systems, metrics)
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
