Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day salon operations
- Coach, develop, and motivate a team of stylists
- Deliver haircuts and salon services as needed
- Manage scheduling, metrics, and reports using salon technology
- Foster a strong team culture and customer-focused environment
- Ensure consistent performance and customer experience
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to mentor others
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication and team motivation skills
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Comfort with salon technology, scheduling systems, and performance metrics
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
