Responsibilities
- Run a walk-in or online check-in team on real systems, not guesswork
- Lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs
- Split time between salon management responsibilities and providing services to customers
Schedule
- Weekdays run 9A-2:30P and 2:30P-7P
- Weekends run 9A-6P, plus a 10A-6P shift
Pay & benefits
- $18.50/hr guaranteed base pay, plus tips averaging $32.50-$42.50/hr total
- Salon Manager bonus: $0.25 for every haircut the salon does that week
- 401(k)
- Paid vacation, full-time and part-time

Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
