Responsibilities
- Lead a team of talented stylists and manage day-to-day salon operations
- Deliver haircuts and provide services to customers as needed
- Motivate, develop, and support a team of stylists
- Manage salon technology, scheduling systems, metrics, and reports
- Ensure a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
