Responsibilities

• Lead a talented team in a fast-paced, customer-focused salon environment
• Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Deliver haircuts and services to customers, balancing floor time with leadership duties
• Motivate, develop, and support a team of stylists
• Provide coaching to help stylists grow their skills and confidence
• Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with a great haircut experience
• Adapt and problem-solve in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience

Pay

Competitive pay of $33–$48/hr, with tips, potential bonuses, and performance incentives.
