About the role

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team as a Salon Manager. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll split time between cutting hair on the floor and handling administrative tasks off the floor. You’ll make tips, lead, encourage, and support a team while growing your career and income.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of stylists
• Manage day-to-day salon operations
• Deliver haircuts and other salon services
• Coach and develop team members to grow their skills and confidence
• Use salon technology (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports) to streamline operations

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with technology and salon tools
