Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Affords daily store manager admin work
• Affords training new hire sales associates
• Affords holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Edits customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintains a clean and organized salon
• Opens/closes business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walks customers to their rooms and teaches them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attends Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
