About the role

The District Manager, OMNI Sales serves as a key influencer and developer of the local salon and business community, focusing on the growth and success of salon businesses within the designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Salon Business Development – Develops and implements salon business plans, builds and maintains relationships with salon owners and leaders.
• Consultative Selling – Utilizes OMNI channel support teams to prospect, procure, and develop salon relationships, leveraging industry-leading tools and expertise.
• Education & Training – Coordinates and collaborates with internal brand partners to schedule and promote education and promotional events, enhancing salon business acumen.
• Administration & Planning – Manages remote-order entry, administers administrative duties, monitors diversion, and provides regular updates and reports on beauty partner programs.

Requirements

• High school degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year demonstrated outside sales experience or beauty industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, flexibility, goal-oriented, and results-driven abilities.
• Valid state driver’s license, good driving record, and required auto insurance policy levels.
• Intermittent supervision as incumbent will be working independently most of the time in the field.
