In This Role, You Will

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find leads independently. Be comfortable prospecting, networking, and building relationships. Be creative in finding ways to reach new prospects. Leverage your existing network if possible.
• Prequalifying the Opportunity: Determine which opportunities are worth pursuing and which are not. Not every prospect is an ideal customer.
• Solution Selling: Identify the customer's specific problems and tailor solutions to address those issues. We may not be the cheapest option, but we aim to be the best value.
• Develop Existing Relationships: Meet with existing accounts regularly to ensure they love us, capture all their business, and ask for referrals.
• Comfortable in Difficult Customer Conversations: Navigate challenges while maintaining strong relationships.
