Salesforce Tester

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution using standard defect management tools.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability following enhancements and releases.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and sing scope.
• Execute performance and load testing to validate system scalability and reliability.
• Produce detailed test documentation, reports, and quality metrics for project teams.
• Recommend test best practices, KPIs, and process improvements to enhance overall quality assurance efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience sing Salesforce applications in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce sing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Provar, or TestComplete.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom configurations.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Proficiency with defect tracking and s management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or similar) preferred.

Pay

The base salary pay range for the Salesforce Tester is $90,000 – $125,000.
