Salesforce Technical Product Owner

About the role

The role requires 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical PM in Salesforce projects, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and LWC. Additionally, experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user story writing, and acceptance criteria is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support integration, data migration, and platform enhancement initiatives.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Leverage AI tools to improve story creation, documentation, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and LWC.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user story writing, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and data migration concepts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance.
• Experience with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certification preferred.

Pay

Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000 per year.
