Salesforce Technical Lead || Windsor, CT(Onsite)

About the role

The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Develop and maintain Apex, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) code to enhance user experience and improve system functionality.
• Configure and manage Salesforce core platform features such as Flows, Triggers, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or similar, to ensure continuous integration and deployment.
• Implement Salesforce DX, Git, and multi-environment strategies to optimize development processes and ensure scalability.
• Ensure Salesforce security policies are adhered to and perform performance optimization and architectural reviews to maintain high system efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in Salesforce development teams, including both on-site and offshore models.
• Deep technical knowledge in Apex, Aura, LWC, and Salesforce core platform features.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Required Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications; preferred Application or System Architect certifications.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years in Salesforce development and architecture.

Skills

• Excellent client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
