About the role
Fordham University, founded in 1841, is the Jesuit University of New York serving over 16,000 students across nine colleges and schools with campuses in the Bronx, Manhattan, West Harrison, the Louis Calder Center Biological Field Station, and the London Centre. Reporting to the Director of Digital Engagement, the Salesforce Technical Lead serves as the primary technical architect for the University’s Salesforce ecosystem, responsible for the platform’s structural integrity, scalability, and long‑term health, designing Experience Cloud portals and Marketing Cloud journeys for personalized communications throughout the student lifecycle, and establishing platform standards that support a student’s academic journey from initiation to graduation and beyond.
