About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions for some of the world's most complex digital transformation initiatives.

  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solution architectures aligned with business objectives and enterprise technology strategies.
  • Define end-to-end architecture across Salesforce Clouds, integrations, data platforms, AI capabilities, and surrounding enterprise systems.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor to client executives, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery workshops, architecture assessments, and current-state/future-state planning sessions.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the consulting delivery lifecycle from pre-sales through implementation and post-production support.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Architects, Developers, Delivery Managers, and Product Owners to ensure successful execution.
  • Maintain deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Platform, and integration capabilities.
  • Stay current on Salesforce product releases and emerging technologies, evaluating how new capabilities can benefit clients.
  • Partner with sales teams during pursuits by leading technical discovery, solutioning, and proposal development.
  • Present solution architectures during client presentations and executive briefings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology consulting experience.
  • 7+ years designing and implementing Salesforce enterprise solutions.
  • Deep expertise across the Salesforce Platform, including architecture, security, automation, integration, data modeling, and application design.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and modern cloud architectures.
  • Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, middleware, and enterprise integration platforms.
  • Proven experience leading architecture for large-scale Salesforce implementations involving multiple clouds and enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams within consulting engagements.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA strongly preferred.
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications, including Application Architect and System Architect credentials.
  • Experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, and AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
  • Experience working within Fortune 500 enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.

Pay

Compensation range: $118,000-$177,000 (Hybrid role in California).

Benefits

  • Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
  • Eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

  • Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance for themselves and their dependents residing in the US.
  • Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires).
  • All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
