About the role
Salesforce Technical Architect focused on Consumer Goods Cloud, hybrid role (2 days/week) based in Doraville, GA, full‑time.
Responsibilities
- Conduct health checks and org assessments to provide recommendations on design, scalability, and performance.
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, focusing on sales, service, Retail Execution, order management, contract management, and CG Cloud functionality.
- Drive architectural governance and best practices.
- Perform POCs, build complex Apex/LWC solutions, and manage integration with external systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to map requirements to Salesforce functionality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of CRM experience with deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data modeling, governance limits, and process reengineering.
