Salesforce Technical Architect

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in Salesforce Architecture, working for major F500 company
• Minimum 10X Certified with at least 2 Architect certifications
• Rich client experience and should have been in client‑facing roles
• Expert level understanding and 10+ years of directly working with the Salesforce product suite (preferably Financial Services cloud, Sales, Service, Community/Experience; minimum 3 cloud expertise required)
• Extensive experience with data migrations from third‑party systems to Salesforce
• Proven desire to continue to grow knowledge inside the Salesforce ecosystem
• Knowledge of Enterprise Service management and ITSM processes is a plus
• 10+ years Salesforce business process design and rules configuration
• Extensive knowledge of platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
• 10+ years multi‑tier architecture design for scalable solutions with manufacturing and billing systems
• 8+ years integration architecture and tools experience – real‑time APIs and ETL – tools such as SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft and Salesforce Connect
• Expertise in full Salesforce application lifecycle development, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, deployment methodologies and operationalizing
• Expert level of knowledge in configuration as well as declarative customization and APEX development
• Expertise with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices design – weighing balance between configuration, customization, use of managed packages, AppExchange apps, accelerators, and connectors
