Salesforce Tech Lead Healthare - Remote

About the Role

Remote Salesforce Tech Lead position managing a team of 3-4 Salesforce Developers while performing hands-on development. Expertise in Agenforce, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud is required. A ROPES assessment is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Health Cloud + Service Cloud solutions for claims inventory workflow optimization.
• Integrate with upstream systems via REST/Bulk/FHIR APIs and event streams (Kafka/MQ).
• Lead delivery: story grooming, solution design, code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD.
• Lead a global team (onshore/offshore) and ensure end-to-end project delivery.
• Govern compliance: HIPAA/PHI security, auditability, and role/permission modeling.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with Architecture, Product, Security, and Data teams to validate solutions.
• Suggest industry design patterns and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience, leading enterprise implementations.
• Health Cloud expertise.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification.
• 5+ years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce Technologies (Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange, Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles).
• 8+ years of experience with programming languages: APEX, Core Java, JavaScript.
• Salesforce Lightning Web Component development experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with tools: Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, AutoRABIT (preferred).
• Experience in Agentforce building AI agents.
• Experience in Agile methodology, with preferred experience in SAFe methodology.
• Good communication and collaborative skills.
• 5+ years of Health insurance/healthcare background (payer/provider, claims intake/routing).
