Salesforce Solutions Designing Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration designs, blueprinting and configuration strategies
• Architecting Low Code Solutions
• Designing highly scalable and reusable application components
• Business process optimization
• Human centered design and lightning experience best practices
• Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to plan and execute required updates and deliverables
• Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend best fit approaches
• Establish development standards, mentor junior developers, conduct peer code reviews, and promote consistent high standards across teams
• Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes, deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts
• Assess platform updates affect existing systems and integrations
• Apply AI driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions, including identifying practical use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies

Required/Desired Skills

• Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments)
• Experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity
• Experience designing highly scalable, reusable application components
• Knowledge and experience in business process optimization
• Knowledge and experience in human-centered design best practices
• Knowledge and experience in data modelling, security, and sharing models
• Strong knowledge of user story creation, gap analysis, and effective communication with stakeholders
• Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design
• Experience with AI-driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions
