About the Role

As a Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect at Crowe, you will bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions for our clients. You will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, design custom solutions, deliver and implement innovative real-world solutions, and provide consultative advice regarding industry best practices. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, critical thinking, and strong communication to ensure solutions best meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales discovery, documenting business, functional, and technical requirements to generate solutions and Scopes of Work.
  • Collaborate with Practice Director(s) to resource sold Scopes of Work.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders (internal and client-facing) to capture business needs, define requirements, and map business processes.
  • Fully solution Scopes of Work to meet business needs in a clear and cohesive manner.
  • Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design, working with the Practice Director, Solution Architect, Project Manager, and team of Analysts & Developers to ensure on-track delivery.
  • Facilitate project introduction, kickoff meetings, and weekly client status meetings; create and manage project timelines.
  • Provide final QA of all completed work.
  • Design and deliver end-user training for clients as needed.
  • Work with clients to continue engagement with new projects and develop a clear roadmap of new initiatives.
  • Assume joint responsibility for the success of the project end-to-end with the Project Manager and delivery team members.
  • Log time daily for client and project reporting needs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated competency and experience with all Salesforce core products.
  • Salesforce Certification or MBA with a minimum of 4+ years’ experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience successfully leading and owning multiple enterprise strategic projects from end to end.
  • Experience providing business, operations, or technical consulting to senior leaders of Enterprise organizations.
  • Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment; ability to manage a delivery team is a must.
  • Strong, dynamic communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage with members at any level of an organization (client and prospect).
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and outlook.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, innovative environment.
  • Minimum of 20% travel required.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce specializations in addition to the Core platform.
  • Prior leadership experience.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103,200.00 - $210,900.00 per year. The wage range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
